Tour Terms & Conditions Policy

EZRIDE PV by MEXICO TE INVITA, as well as their affiliate or subsidiary companies or commercial brands, outlines below all the general conditions to be considered in order to establish an orderly commercial relationship.

I. Prices

All prices listed in this web site are  expressed in US Dollars per person, inclusive of taxes.

Rates apply to individual FIT passengers (from 2 to 10 passengers) using REGULAR (shared) services.

If you require pricing for private services and/or groups, please request them in writing via email. The rates in this manual do not apply to groups, conventions, congresses, incentives, etc.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice, in accordance with legal and tax provisions that may be imposed by the Mexican Government on ground operators, as well as significant increases from service providers. Likewise, should the Federal Government of Mexico implement new taxes that significantly impact our pricing, we will inform you in a timely manner, as these changes are beyond our control.

Hotel rates are subject to availability of contracted rates at the time of firm booking, and to holiday supplements.

PLEASE INFORM US IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS APPLY TO YOUR PASSENGERS:

  • ANY TYPE OF DISABILITY
  • SIGNIFICANT CORPULENCE
  • SENIOR PASSENGERS
  • HONEYMOONERS
  • PASSENGERS TRAVELING WITH INFANTS
  • EXCESS BAGGAGE (standard baggage allowance is one suitcase and one carry-on per person; extra charges may apply)
  • VIP PASSENGERS (please specify company and position)
  • SPECIAL MEAL REQUESTS
  • ANY OTHER CONDITION WE SHOULD BE AWARE OF

 

II. Bookings

    All booking requests (individual and group) must be submitted via email to our general email address: info@ezridepv.com

    Booking confirmations will be issued by our sales department within 48 hours following the request. If this is not possible, you will receive a status update via the same channel.

    Please carefully review the detailed breakdown of services and confirmed hotels provided in our confirmations and proformas to avoid discrepancies with your original request.

    If the requested hotel is not available, a similar alternative in category and price will be confirmed.

    To ensure optimal service, we recommend submitting your requests as complete as possible from the outset, including:

    Passenger names, number of travelers, room types, hotel category, meal plans, excursions, flights, special remarks, cities to visit, etc.

    Payment deadlines indicated in our confirmations must be respected, as they are imposed by hotels, airlines, and other service providers. Any request for an extension must be made in advance and in writing.

    The deadline specified in each confirmation is the final date by which your payment must be credited to our account in order to guarantee your services.

    Failure to meet payment deadlines will result in automatic cancellation by the service providers, and new availability (space and rates) will be subject to re-confirmation, without liability to EZRIDE PV.

    III. Coupons / Vouchers

    For passengers arriving in Mexico City, please inform them that their voucher will be exchanged for a WELCOME PACKET containing:

    1. A copy of the previously confirmed itinerary
    2. A detailed service coupon (with date, time, contact numbers, addresses, and service details)
    3. One hotel coupon per property (including hotel name, address, phone number, confirmation code, number of rooms confirmed, dates, meals, etc.)

    For services outside of Mexico City, we will send electronic service vouchers directly to you. These hold the same validity as physical vouchers, as they include all necessary information and electronic seals, clearly detailing the confirmed services.

    IV. Cancelltions

    All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the deadline (as per confirmation) to proceed with the service providers.

    If a different policy applies, it will be explicitly stated in our confirmations.

    No-shows, whether due to lack of cancellation notice via email or passenger absence, will be charged according to the individual policy of the hotel and/or transportation provider (depending on the destination, season, or contract terms).

    In order to validate a cancellation, it is mandatory to receive our acknowledgment of receipt via the same channel.

    V. Transportation

    All land services listed are quoted on a regular/shared basis, unless otherwise specified as private.

    Applies to individual passengers from 1 to 10 people.

    Arrival and departure transfers include driver-only service in regular or private mode. If assistance is required, a guide escort can be quoted.

    For tours and excursions, service includes driver and certified guide or a driver-guide, as applicable. Our guides are duly certified by the Mexican Ministry of Tourism and undergo regular training and updates, ensuring high-quality service. They are also trained to administer first aid and handle non-touristic incidents if necessary.

    Our transportation units are recent models, equipped with air conditioning and comprehensive insurance, ensuring the safety of passengers, drivers, and guides.

    Unused services by the passenger at destination are non-refundable.

    PLEASE NOTE:

    WHEN REQUESTING TRANSFERS AND EXCURSIONS WITHOUT ACCOMODATION, A USD 15 SERVICE FEE WILL BE ADDED.

    ALL TRANSFERS INCLUDE ONE SUITCASE AND ONE CARRY ON PER PERSON. EXCESS BAGGAGE WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDING TO THE DESTINATION.

    It is essential to provide complete flight details well in advance: airline, flight number, and arrival/departure time.

     

    VI. Assistance

    EZRIDEPV by MEXICO TE INVITA has offices in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico City and Cancún, and offers assistance through our representatives in all major tourist destinations in Mexico.

    All passengers receive a 24-hour assistance and emergency phone number upon arrival at each destination.

    We recommend that you inform passengers of our emergency contact number:

    VII. Guaranteed Departures

    All of our circuits and excursions offer guaranteed departures according to the dates and days indicated in each program.

    VIII. Considerations at Beach Destinations

    Passengers should be advised NOT to engage with timeshare promoters at the airport. These individuals are often dressed as airport or hotel staff and claim to offer tourist information in order to sell timeshares.

    They may falsely claim to represent our company and approach passengers offering a “welcome” that only results in delays, operational issues, and client dissatisfaction, especially for those with regular/shared services.

    All our personnel are properly accredited, uniformed, and receive guests outside the terminal buildings, after they have cleared Immigration and Customs. Clients must proceed to the designated operator reception area.

    IX. Claims and/or Refunds

    Any claims submitted to EZRIDE PV by MÉXICO TE INVITA after 30 calendar days from the provision of services will be considered invalid and untimely.

    X. Hotel Rooms

    In Mexico, maximum occupancy per room is 4 people (e.g., 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults + 1 child). For families of 5, connecting or adjacent rooms should be requested, depending on hotel layout.

    TRIPLE occupancy typically consists of two double beds (1.30m each), arranged 2 / 1. Note that rooms with three beds do not exist in Mexico.

    DOUBLE occupancy includes either 1 King-size bed or 2 double beds.

    SINGLE occupancy is usually one King, Queen, or Double bed, depending on hotel specifications.

    Please note that not all hotels in Mexico have rooms equipped for guests with disabilities. This must be specified at the time of booking so we can offer the most appropriate accommodation.

    Check-in time: 15:00 hrs | Check-out time: 12:00 hrs

    Early check-in or late check-out may incur a charge up to one full night depending on hotel policy.

    IMPORTANT: PLEASE BE INFORMED THAT DURING CHECK IN, HOTELS TYPICALLY REQUEST A CREDIT CARD VOUCHER AS A GUARANTEE FOR INCIDENTALS.

    XI. Child Policy

    In Mexico, up to two children under the age of 9 may share a room with their parents without entitlement to an extra bed. Once a child reaches 10 years of age, they are considered adults.

    For all-inclusive hotels, individual conditions apply depending on the provider.

    Please note that children do not incur accommodation charges, but meals and transfers are charged normally.

    If passengers require a crib, it is important to request it at the time of booking, as this service must be arranged in advance with the hotel.

    XII. Board Codes

    • EP: No meals included
    • CB or CP: Continental breakfast (coffee or milk and bread)
    • ABF: American breakfast (Eggs at your choice, coffee or milk and bread)
    • BBF: Buffet breakfast (Crereal bar, fruit, juices and main courses)
    • MAP: Half board (breakfast and either lunch or dinner)
    • FAP: Full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) (excludes beverages or includes light beverages such as coffee, tea, or juice)
    • MENU: FOR LUNCH OR DINNER, GENERALLY INCLUDES A THREE-COURSE MEAL: STARTER, MAIN COURSE AND DESSERT. BEVERAGES NOT INCLUDED.
    • ALL / AL: All Inclusive (all meals, beverages, snacks, and activities)

    XIII. Tips

    Tips listed for bell boys and housekeepers are quoted for groups only. They are not mandatory for individual passengers, who may tip at their discretion.

    Clients should be informed that in Mexico, tipping is customary and generally 10% to 15% of the total bill at restaurants.

    For other service providers, EZRIDE by MEXICO TE INVITA suggests tipping based on the quality of service received.

    XIV. Office Hours

    EZRIDE by MEXICO TE INVITA operates under the following business hours:

    • Monday to Friday: 09:00 am – 18:00 hrs
    • Saturday: 09:00 am – 14:00 hrs

    XV. Liability

    EZRIDE by MEXICO TE INVITA, its affiliates and/or subsidiearies, acts solely as an intermediary between airlines, carriers, hotels, and other service providers, and shall not be held liable for acts of God, natural disasters, personal injury, political actions or decisions by authorities, demonstrations, civil unrest, wars, strikes, accidents, delays, losses, or other inconveniences that are the direct responsibility of the service provider and beyond the control of our company.

    EZRIDE by MEXICO TE INVITA will also not be held responsible for damages caused by the passengers themselves, health issues, or loss of personal belongings.

    Passengers should be advised that hotels provide in-room safes at no extra charge, and it is recommended that they store their valuables accordingly.

    Any expenses resulting from a passenger’s oversight (e.g., phone calls, shipments, etc.) must be covered directly by the passenger or through the wholesaler.

    XVI. Payment for Services

    All bookings must be prepaid in full, or according to a previously established agreement, prior to the arrival of passengers, by the specific payment deadline indicated in each confirmation.

    Please note that the deadline specified in each confirmation refers to the date by which payment must be credited to our account.

    EZRIDE by MEXICO TE INVITA does not assume any costs associated with money transfers and/or bank commissions under any circumstances.

    CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

    We accept all major Visa, MasterCard or American Exopress credit cards through our PayPal System.

    Please take into account the 3.5% bank commission, which must be added to the total payment amount.

    Currency exchange differences (USD/MXN/USD/local currency) may cause banking variations in the total charged amount.
